Elizabeth Saltzman is an editor/assistant editor with a passion for storytelling and creative collaboration.
Elizabeth holds an MFA in Film Editing from the AFI Conservatory ('17) and a BA in Cinema Studies from Oberlin College ('13), during which she spent a summer term at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and a winter term at Prague Film School.
In 2014-2015, Elizabeth was the Development and Marketing Associate for River City Brass in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for whom she produced and edited commercial spots and other promotional material. After moving back to Los Angeles for her MFA, Elizabeth worked as a Post Production Assistant on the Amblin feature The Turning and as a Post Production Assistant on Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. She has worked as an Assistant Editor for The Legacy of Skywalker, a feature-length behind the scenes documentary, and as an Assistant Editor in theatrical trailers. Elizabeth is also a frequent editor for Look What SHE Did!, a nonprofit organization which produces videos of amazing women talking about other inspirational women throughout history. In addition, she has edited several music videos and short narrative films and has worked as a Dailies Editor for theatrical trailers.
Elizabeth is currently working as an editor on an eight episode television series. She is an avid tennis player and yogi, loves concerts and film, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
